Returns Policies

Any item purchased from our shop can be returned to us within 30 days for an exchange, gift card, or full refund.

For US buyers a free prepaid return shipping label will be provided after the return is authorized. The return should be not used or damaged and returned within 30 days' time frame. Expedited shipping and premium shipping (Next day, 2 days) are non-refundable. A flat $5.50 fee will be applied per return for the return processing.   

Our returns system is easy and straightforward. If you made a purchase and want to return the purchased items either for exchange, gift card, or full refund, you can easily do that on our website. Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the delivery date if it's not used or damaged. Products purchased from need to be returned at only. If you purchased our IshDeena brand clothing items from the marketplace like Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, etc. then you will have to ask for the return from the same channel.

To start a return please go to this link and fill in the email or phone number used for the purchase and the order number. Then follow the instructions to receive a prepaid return label, which you can print at your location.

The returned items must be new, unused with all original packaging materials. Must return within 30 days of the return authorization.

All items must be sent back within 30 days of authorization and before the 31st day of the delivery date. Extra restocking fees may be applied to items received late and out of the return window. Any return sent back after 60 days of delivery may receive partial refunds or may be denied any refunds. Also if any item is used or not returned with all packaging material, may receive only a partial refund or no refund.

If you are not satisfied with your buy, or the size is not correct you may return it for any reason within 30 days of delivery of your shipment, as per IshDeena policies.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two working days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Promotional Offer items and Sale items (if applicable) 

If you received any free gift or one product free with the purchase of another one, then you will have to return the regular-priced product as well as the discounted or the free product. A full refund will be issued only after receiving all products in the sale. 

 Exchanges (if applicable) 

We can provide you with the exchange same way. Instead of refund, you can ask for an exchange. Send us an email or contact us


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and the original buyer will find out about your return. 


The prepaid return shipping label will have our return address. Print the label and pack the return items securely, and get it either picked up or drop it at the nearest post office or UPS location (depending on the shipper).

If for any reason you are not able to use the prepaid shipping service, then you can ship using your own shipping service. But please note your own shipping method cost will not be refunded or reimbursed. To return your product, you should mail your product to IshDeena LLC, 1620 Laura Ln, Pottstown PA 19464, United States. If you are using your own return shipping method, make sure to use a trackable package.

 ========= ISHDEENA LLC RETURN POLICY ===============

 i) Before shipping out the products, we make sure it has no defects, damage and it's the same as per the order. If your item gets damaged or defective during shipment, we will gladly exchange the item for the same item.

 ii) If you are not satisfied with your buy, or the size is not correct you may return it for any reason within 30 days of delivery of your shipment, as per IshDeena policies.

 iii) Returned items must be new, unused and undamaged, and in a resalable condition. If the item doesn't meet the criteria, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs to get the item back again. All product packaging and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the product. Any product(s) returned without original documentation will be rejected. Any product(s) that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

 iv) Returns are subject to a 0% to 20% restocking fee. A restocking fee may be applied. No refund or partial refund for incomplete items or used and damaged items.

 v) Returns require RMA number. IshDeena automatic system will generate the RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) when you request a return.

 vi) The IshDeena automatic system will provide you with the Prepaid Return Shipping Label when you request a return. The return shipments cost may be adjusted during the time of refund. C.O.D.s are not accepted. Eligible product(s) must be returned using a trackable shipping method.

vii) Premium outbound shipping charges are non-refundable; this includes expedited, next day, and 2-day shipping.

viii) Incorrect Addresses: If an order has been shipped to the address given during checkout and the address is incorrect, causing the item to be returned to the shipping location, you will receive a refund for your order less the shipping costs plus a 15% restocking fee.
