Shipping and Delivery Guide

We SHIP to US and Canada 

IshDeena provides a variety of shipping options. We offer free standard shipping for US buyers on the total order value of $75 or above. 

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

All orders are processed in 1-2 business days and will arrive within 3-5 business days of being shipped. An email with tracking information will be sent once your order is shipped, or you can Log In to your account to check the status of your order.

Express shipping can be purchased for $50. Express orders will arrive within 1-2 business days of being shipped.

30 Days Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. You can return your purchase for any reason. The returned items must be unused and with all parts and packing materials. Read here the full return and refund policies.
