Orders

Add your desired items to the cart. Click on the Cart button and Click "View Cart". On the Cart page, you can see the promotions and discounts being applied to your shopping cart items. Click on Proceed to Checkout. Fill in the payment information and Shipping Address and complete your order. Your order will be delivered in the next 7 business days in USA. Canada shipment will be delivered within 7 - 10 business days. 

Standard Free shipping parcels/packages are delivered within 7 business days after placing the order. 

Orders can be placed as guests too. But to track your orders and get rewards points (when applicable) it is recommended to create an account and log in for placing the orders. 

Once an order is marked as shipped it can't be canceled. But if you change your mind after placing the order and it's not shipped yet, you may send us a message or an email to ishdeenallc@gmail.com to request a cancellation. 

We will send you the tracking number after shipping the order. You can track it by clicking the tracking URL link or on the shipping service website. 

Payments

We accept all major Credit Cards, Amazon Pay, and Pay Pal. All payments are processed by Shopify which is a world-class secure platform for millions of E-Commerce Websites around the world.

We take security very seriously. All transactions are bank-level secure and encrypted.  

We work hard to protect your security and privacy. Our payment security system encrypts your information during transmission. We don’t share your credit card details with anyone, and we don’t sell your information to others. 

Returns

Once an order is marked as shipped it can't be canceled. But if you change your mind after placing the order and it's not shipped yet, you may send an email to ishdeenallc@gmail.com to request a cancellation. 

To start a return please go to this link "Return " and fill in the email or phone number used for the purchase and the order number. Then follow the instructions to receive a prepaid return label, which you can print at your location. Read the full return policy here.

Shipping

We use USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL for shipping. Standard shipping is delivered within 5 - 8 days. Customers can select faster shipping by paying extra shipping charges for services such as UPS second day, UPS Next day, FedEx Ground, FedEx overnight.
