How to Submit a Return Request

  1. Access the Return Portal

    • Click the Profile icon in the store’s navigation or go directly to https://account.ishdeena.com.
    • Go to the Refund Policy or Returns page and click Request a Return.
  2. Log in to Your Account

    • Enter your email address and click Continue.
    • Check your email for the six-digit verification code sent by IshDeena.
    • Enter the code on the store’s website.
  3. Select Your Order

    • Choose the order you wish to return.
    • If the order includes multiple items, select only the items you want to return.
  4. Provide Return Details

    • Select a return reason and add an optional note if needed.
    • Click Request Return.
  5. Shipping Instructions

    • If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.
    • Once your item is received and inspected, a refund (or other chosen resolution) will be processed.

Return Policies

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery, in their original condition.
  • Non-final sale items can be refunded, exchanged, or returned for store credit.

Clearance Items

  • Clearance items are not eligible for returns. They are considered final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Return Shipping Fee

  • A $7.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from refunds to the original form of payment.
  • The fee is waived if you choose to exchange the item.

Restocking Fee

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items.

Processing Time

  • Refunds can take 10–30 days from the time you ship your return to be processed.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Exceptions

  • Final Sale items, clearance items, and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Purchases made through retail stores or third-party websites must be returned to the original place of purchase.
